Welcome to The Everyday Extraordinary

Hello, my name is Laura, owner of The Everyday Extraordinary. I am a mom, educator and photographer from the SF Bay Area. My photography is inspired by travel, art, architecture, history, museums, cafes, the daily life around me, and the the natural beauty found along the way. Much of my photography is shaped by solo travel and my deep appreciation for those opportunities. I am a seeker of the everyday extraordinary- I document the small, candid moments that define my travels. I believe the best stories are found in the intersection of the people and the places they inhabit. Walking along the avenues, sidestreets, and paths in whichever city I'm in is therefore one of my favorite photography locations.
